Image, Resize at 85%, all layers unshecked

Activate the selection tool  "S" , click on layer opaque

Selections , Modify, Select the selection borders:

Fill in color 2 (clear one)

Effects , Textures, Blinds,  Color 1 :

Effects 3D drop shadow 0 / 0 / 75 / 25 black

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen 

Selections, select none

Activate the selection tool  "S" ,  click on layer opaque

Layers, new raster layer

Load  the landscape tube, copy

*paste into sélection

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen more (adapt to your tube)
