General preparation: Before starting one of my tutorials

This tutorial was created with PSP 2020, can be done with previous versions,

The alpha channel is compatible with pSP7

If you can't open alpha channel: Place the selections in your PSP selections folder 

Place the PSP scripts and gradients in the corresponding "regulated" folder.

Most of my filters are in Unlimited, check the filter folder, some work outside of it. 

Open the mask on the PSP.

Duplicate the material and work on the copies.

Remove signatures from tubes before use

Double click on presets    , they will be installed automatically 

You can adapt the colors, the Blend mode of the layers, to your work

 

 Material:

Initial dimensions: 900x600 px

Colors :

Foreground : color 1 #d9bdb4

Background : color 2 #59413c

Color 3 : #ffffff

 

Place colors:

Prepare a rectangular gradient

Load the alpha_birdie

Fill with gradient

Adjust, blur, radial :

Effects, reflection effects,  Rotating mirror :

Layers, duplicate

Image, mirror, mirror vertical

Layers, propreties, Blend Mode soft light

Layers, Arrange, Merge down

Layers, duplicate

Image, resize a 80% all layers unchecked

Activate the Selection (S) tool, rectangular, click on opaque layer:

Effects, apply the plugin: 

Unlimited, Bkg Kaleidoscope,  @Mirrored Scaled

Apply the plugin:  Flaming pear , Flexify 2 (tab color blanc)

Selections, select none

Selections, load a selection from alpha channel, sélection 1

Apply the plugin:  Unlimited, Bkg designer sf10I,  Corner Half Wrap

select none

Apply the plugin:  Unlimited, Bkg designer sf10I,  4 way Average

Activate the Selection (S) tool, rectangular, click on opaque layer

Selections, modify, float

Selections, modify, select the selection borders:

Effects, textures, weave :

Effects 3 D, Inner bevel :

Select none

Effects 3D, drop shadow : 0/0/80/5 black

Activar a layer raster 1

select all, modify, contract a  30

promote selection to layer

Apply the plugin:

Unlimited, Bkg Kaleidoscope,  @Mirrored Scaled

select none

Layers, new raster layer

Selections, load a selection from alpha channel, Sélection 2

Fill with color 1

Load, copy, paste into selection, the misted landscape

Apply the plugin:

  Alien Skin Eye candy 5 Textures, Weave:

 Over User settings: select and apply the birdie preset

Data if necessary:

Add a new raster layer

Fill with the initial gradient

Effects, Edge effects, enhance

select none

Effects 3 D, drop shadow : 0/0/80/5 black

Merge down

fill with color 3 (White)

Fill with the initial gradient

Activate the layer, raster  1

Apply the plugin:  Alien Skin Eye candy 5 Textures, Weave:

settings:  plain, Tiny, smeared

Edit/copy

Edit/paste as a new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Apply the plugin: MuRa's Meister , perpective tiling:

Effects, distortion effects, wind :

Effects , distortion effects, wave

Apply the plugin: Unlimited, Bkg designer sf10I,  4 way Average

Redo: distorsion effects, wind, as before

Edge effects , enhance

Load the" déco 1_ birdie", copy/paste as a new layer

(to change the color, use tool:changer colors)

put on:  pick tool K (K key not keyboard):

position: X 143, Y 166

(M key to deselect the tool)

Upload the birds tube

Copy/paste as a new layer 

Image, resize a 50%, all layers unchecked

Put as in my example

Apply drop shadow 0/0/60/30 black

Image add borders, symmetric:

1 px color 2

30 px de color 1

1 px de color 2

5 px de color 1

1 px de color 2

Activar a magic wand tool, tolerance and feather at 0

Select the 5 px border

Effects, reflection effects , rotating mirror, as before

Adjust, Blur, gaussien , radius at 5

Effects, Textures, weave, as before

 3 D Effects, Inner bevel, as before

select none

Select the 30 px border

Selection, invert

3 D Effects drop shadow :0/0/80/ 30 Black

Edit, repeat drop shadow

select none

load the woman tube, copy / paste as a new layer

Image, Resize a 95%, all layers unchecked

put with pick tool K:

position: X 10,Y 53

layers, Duplicate

activate the layer below

Adjust, Blur,  gaussien, radius at 20

Blend mode,  multiply

Sign

add my signature

(resize, blend mode soft light)

Copy/paste the WA_birdie

put as in the final example

Image, add  borders 1 px color 2

Resize width at 950 px 

save as JPG/jepg
